Reservations
A one night deposit is required to make your reservation.
BALANCES DUE TO BE PAID IN FULL AT CHECK-IN. No Refunds for early departures. 4 Night Minimum Stay over Christmas and New Years
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be given 2 weeks prior to arrival or you will lose your deposit or accrue a charge to your credit card, any variation will be at our discretion. A cancellation for “no snow” is also at our discretion, we may give you additional time to make your decision regarding snow conditions, but the weather is not in our control therefore not a reason to cancel. Any questions, please do not hesitate to inquire
Pets Welcome
Fees $10.00 per night each pet. Pets are not to be left unattended in the cabins unless in a crate or portable kennel. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Pets must be on a leash & you must pick up after your pet.
Hunting Dogs Welcome – Stake out areas available – Call for more information about multiple Dogs
We supply
Mattress pad and fitted sheet only on all beds, pots/pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, dish towels, dish soap, sponge, oven mitts, 8-12 cup coffeemaker & filters, can opener, toaster, stove/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer, charcoal grill. No microwave. This is just a basic list, if you are wondering if we have something, please just ask
Guests need to bring
Top sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, bath towels, shampoo, bath/hand soap.
Price of cabins
Price based on 4 person occupancy – extra people $20 per night per person
